Provide strategic guidance on complex non-executive reward matters, enabling informed decision-making and consistent application of rewards principles.
4. Lead global rewards program ownership
Own at least one global rewards topic or program, such as compensation, benefits, sales incentives, performance or recognition, on behalf of the Rewards CoE.
Drive the design, execution, change management, communication, effectiveness, maintenance and continuous improvement of owned global program(s).
