We willen het referentiebeleggingshuis in België worden. Daarom focussen we op de groei van onze beleggingsoplossingen en ons beleggerscliënteel.
In dit kader willen we meer tijd vrijmaken voor Personal Bankers om zich te concentreren op commerciële activiteiten door hun administratieve werklast te verminderen.
Om onze commerciële efficiëntie te verhogen, lanceren we een nieuw team: het Investment Expert Lead Generation Team.
Dit team ondersteunt alle Affluent-klanten (A+ segment) en verhoogt de klanttevredenheid door klantverzoeken sneller, efficiënter en gestandaardiseerd op te lossen, wat de klantervaring aanzienlijk verbetert.

Jou nieuwe team en de “way of working”
Jij maak je deel uit van het Investment Expert team binnen Tribe Investments en leg je jou toe op het leveren van uitstekende en efficiënte service aan Affluent-klanten.
We verwachten dat een Investment Expert Lead Generation zich richt op de volgende doelstellingen:
Verhogen van digitale beleggingsverkopen via begeleiding in app- en webomgevingen
Als Investment Expert Lead Generation krijg je de kans om aan cursussen en opleidingen deel te nemen. Je kan in deze rol doorgroeien naar Investment Expert Advice.
