The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate customer billing and managing the revenue intake process. This includes overseeing invoice generation, resolving complex billing disputes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve billing practices.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with 2 to 3 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle AR, and English (B1+/B2 level) is required.

The Senior Billing Analyst will also work closely with other B2C Analysts and Specialists to manage customer receipts, disputes, and escalations to local Operations and Finance teams.
