The Waste Tech is responsible for collecting trash and recycling across apartment communities while maintaining waste enclosures and chutes. They must safely operate company vehicles and document completed services using a mobile application.
Candidates must have a valid non-CDL driver's license with at least two years of driving experience and a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to lift 50–80 lbs and maneuver equipment over 500 lbs.
