The Recruiting Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the talent acquisition process, managing complex interview scheduling and logistics across multiple locations. They are responsible for ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting new hire onboarding activities.
Candidates must have 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced startup environment and hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse ATS. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism are required.

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the recruiting process, coordinating candidate interviews across our San Jose and Devens locations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to keep hiring processes running smoothly and efficiently as we continue to scale. This role will also provide on-site support for candidate visits, interview days, and new hire onboarding activities.
You will work on-site in San Jose, CA and report to the Lead Recruiter.
