The Agile Master will lead cross-functional teams by facilitating Scrum activities and promoting Agile methodologies to drive efficiency. They will also act as a catalyst for an agile mindset across the department while collaborating closely with Product Owners and managers.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in an Agile environment, including at least 1 year as a Scrum Master. A minimum Agile certification such as PSM, CSM, DASM, or PMI-ACP is required, along with a technical background in web development.
