Candidates must be able to strictly follow workshop management systems and safety operating procedures. The role requires the ability to handle emergency situations and provide temporary support to other workshops upon authorization.

发酵罐日常检修：包含但不限于以下部分，阀门更换检修，发酵罐及管道验收；
发酵罐消毒：执行消毒SOP，对各级发酵罐及补料罐，及相应工艺管道消毒；
发酵罐日常清洗：包含常规清洗以及下罐作业清洗；
生产异常对发酵罐体的特殊处理，执行异常处理SOP程序；
相关记录填写：包含但不限于以下记录，QA受控记录以及车间内部使用记录；
紧急情况处理，包含但不限于以下操作：停电，停水，停蒸汽应急操作；
对发酵设备及辅助设备日常维护；
配料工作：原料领取、投料以及配料间的日常工作；
在培训完成及安全管理授权的情况下临时支援其他车间工作；
