The VDC Project Manager leads the VDC process across multiple concurrent projects, providing leadership for staff and serving as a liaison between departments, clients, and architects. They are responsible for implementing VDC standards, managing model coordination, and overseeing subcontractor participation in the VDC process.
Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or possess an equivalent Construction Management Certificate. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in industry-standard VDC software.

The VDC Manager II manages the VDC process across multiple concurrent projects of increasing complexity, providing leadership and coordination for VDC staff and serving as a liaison between departments, clients, and architects.
