Senior AI Engineer (GenAI / LLM)

As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.

YOUR ROLE

• Led development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.
• Built and scaled enterprise AI platform infrastructure, defining best practices and technical direction.
• Integrated AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse business use cases.
• Created AI prototypes and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
• Provided technical leadership, mentoring teams and supporting cross-functional AI initiatives.
• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery teams and iterative development cycles.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and platform teams.
• Capability to support solution documentation and technical handover.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering practical, scalable outcomes.
   
   

YOUR PROFILE

• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with core machine learning concepts and implementations.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms and AI services.
• Hands-on DevOps skills.
• Experience developing microservices using Flask, Django, or Spring (Java) frameworks.
• Practical Experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI tools for developers.
