Multinacional líder en el sector de la fabricación electrónica (EMS) busca estudiantes de Máster de Ingeniería Avanzada de Producción, Logística y Cadena de Suministro o último curso del Grado de Ingeniería Organización Industrial, ADE o International Business con un buen dominio de inglés para incorporar a su programa para jóvenes talentos. La persona seleccionada se integrarán en un proyecto que combina las prácticas en empresa con formación a nivel mayormente práctico, cuyos contenidos están centrados en competencias profesionales y empresariales en entornos internacionales. Las prácticas se desarrollarán en el dpto de SCM y más concretamente en el área de Import/Export (Control de Aduanas). El perfil deseado sería un/a Ingenier@ con fundamentos básicos a nivel de ingeniería u organización industrial, para completar su formación a nivel teóríco-práctico integrado en equipo de planta. Especialmente de interés perfiles con inquietudes en los campos de cadena de suministro, logística.
Importación / Aduanas:
Control software aduanero: S4 gestión
- Confección cambios de ubicación (CUBs)
- Recepción de tránsitos de importación
- Clasificación aduanera de productos de importación
- Despacho de mercancía de importación.
- Confección DUAS de exportación.
- Seguimiento y control de incidencias import con los correspondientes forwarders o couriers.
- Verificación y aprobación de transportes mediante el ERP interno de Celestica SAP y ETQ.
- Gestión y archivo de documentación de transporte y aduana.
Exportación / Aduanas:
- Preparación y gestión de envíos en SAP y confección de documentación para la exportación. (DAES de exportación, Facturas, packing list, etc)
- Creación de conocimientos aéreos y confección de albaranes de transporte a través de las diferentes herramientas de courier (FEDEX, TNT, DHL, UPS)
- Validación de nuevos clientes en SAP y registro de los mismos en los diferentes softwares de couriers y programa de aduana.
- Verificación y aprobación de transportes mediante SAP y ETQ.
- Resolución de incidencias a través de comunicaciones telemáticas con la agencia tributaria A.E.A.T.
- Facturación de envíos export, credits, debits y demás tipos de servicios.
- Verificación y control de productos clasificados como mercancía peligrosa (baterías) y confección de documentación para su correcto transporte.
- Clasificación aduanera en SAP y S4 y gestión y clasificación militar para productos de exportación en SAP GTS.
- Gestión y archivo de documentación de transporte y aduana.
- Confección informe semestral de licencias de exportación para material de defensa y doble uso al Ministerio de Industria, comercio y turismo.
Validación de Facturas
- Revisión y validación de todas las facturas de transporte a través de las herramientas de Microsoft office. (Excel, Access, Word).
- Reclamación y gestión de incidencias en facturación de transporte.
- Validación de facturas en SAP.
- Análisis del gasto de transporte y gestión de ficheros de análisis en Google Drive.
- Creación de requisiciones de transporte en SAP
- Control de servicios de transporte extraordinarios a través de herramienta corporativa ETQ.
