The Technical Sales representative will identify business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in the non-residential construction sector. They are responsible for providing technical advice on products, conducting site visits, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective commercial proposals.
Candidates must have previous experience in technical sales within the non-residential construction industry and possess strong knowledge of construction materials and processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, along with the availability to travel for site visits and client meetings.
