The Senior Avionics Systems Engineer will define and maintain the avionics architecture for hypersonic strike vehicles, ensuring seamless integration of all flight electronics. This role involves leading hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and system-level validation from concept through flight test.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 8 years of experience in aerospace or defense avionics. Proficiency in ECAD tools, embedded hardware design, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance are required.
We are seeking a Senior Avionics Systems Engineer to define and deliver the avionics architecture for Castelion's long-range hypersonic strike vehicles. This role is responsible for the overall integration of the vehicle's avionics systems, ensuring that power, control electronics, communications, sensors, embedded computing, and flight software function as a cohesive flight system. You will work hands-on with multidisciplinary engineering teams to architect, integrate, test, and validate flight electronics from concept through flight test in a fast-paced, hardware-driven environment.
