按照图纸和来料检验指导书，正确操作CMM、圆度仪、粗糙度仪等通用量具得到正确报告，进行来料检测、生产日检和NPI的质量检验，及时维护SAP系统中质量模块的来料检验批和量具管理信息 掌握基本的CMM三坐标检验编程程序。 按照图纸和来料检验指导书，要求进行热处理材料性能的检测，负责金属材料样品的切割、镶嵌、打磨、抛光、腐蚀等金相制样工作，并使用金相显微镜进行组织观察与分析，根据标准得出相应的检查结果。能正确操作CMT切割工具以及各种硬度计

按照图纸和 来料检验指导书，正确操作CMM、圆度仪、粗糙度仪等通用量具，对来料、序间物料以及NPI物料进行尺寸类质量检测 能正确操作CMT切割工具以及各种硬度计，按照来料检验指导书和控制计划对来料以及序间物料进行热处理工艺质量检测 根据检测结果判定物料质量，及时协调对来料进行接收或拒收处理的头功 定期对金相显微镜、制样设备等进行点检、校准、保养，确保设备处于良好运行状态确保测量精度，保证量具的测量功能，参与实验室5S管理，整洁干净。 协助主管做一些日常的检测记录，图表，标准，测量仪器备件等管理工作 严格执行实验室安全操作规程、保密制度及公司规章制度。 协助处理生产线反馈的问题，辅助工程师制定检验作业指导书、管理检验报告与结果
Background/Experience：

大专或以上学历，能操作基本的办公软件，如excel
3年以上的CMM三坐标检测以及编程经验或者材料实验室的材料检测工作经验
能读懂机械图纸
了解热处理的基本知识
