Perform geotechnical exploration drilling and subsurface investigations using specialized rigs in remote terrains. Responsible for equipment setup, maintenance, and accurate documentation of drilling logs.
Requires at least 2 years of geotechnical drilling experience and the ability to travel 85% of the time. Must be physically capable of lifting 100 lbs and willing to become an IBEW union member.

Our multidisciplinary team combines the expertise of structural and geotechnical engineers with experienced drillers, construction managers, geologists, and quality management specialists.
The IBEW Union Driller is responsible for geotechnical exploration using specialized equipment such as the Crux 2500–6000 series, DMW rigs, and HTD 10K. This role requires the willingness to become a union member through IBEW, extensive travel, and physical capability. Preferred qualifications include deep drilling experience (1,000+ ft), geotechnical expertise, and work in helicopter-supported environments.
