What this job involves:

The Facilities Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.  

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

·        Responsible for site facilities operation and ensure all facilities operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire systems and equipment, etc are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the company, client and government’s policies and requirements

·        Manage system work orders, arrange on-site work order matters reasonably, provide accurate explanations and instructions, and maintain consistency with regional requirements

管理系统工单，合理安排各现场工单事宜，准确做出解释和指令，与大区保持一致要求

·        Follow site specific Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff

遵守设施运营中的工程管理流程并有效地在现场开展落实

·        Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion, review of project completion report

小型工程类别的管理及监督协调工作，项目的完工报告审阅

·        Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule

对工程类别的服务供应商进行管理及监督

·        Provide solutions for technical issue

提供工程问题的解决方案

·        Initiate Preventive Management Program, review the completion report for maintenance and repair

开展定期预防性维保工作，维保的完工报告的审阅

·        Electrician management, arranging phased work for electricians, reviewing monthly and quarterly reports, and uploading reports to the system

电工管理，安排电工阶段性工作，各月报，季度报告审阅，上传系统

 

 

·        Project engineering, equipment annual budget proposal. Collection and organization of supplier quotations

项目工程，设备类年度预算提案，供应商报价收集整理；

·        Asset management, asset system updates

资产管理，资产系统更新

·        On site EHS management, document updates, electrical EHS training; Collection and review of supplier EHS documents;

现场EHS 管理，文件更新，电工EHS培训; 供应商EHS 文件收集，审核；

·        Spare parts inventory management, procurement orders, monthly audits, and document updates and uploads;

备件库存管理，采购下单，月度审核及文件更新上传；

·        The single point of technical issue for FM at the site

作为责任负责人处理跟工程相关的现场工作；

·        Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities and system updates.

落实节能减排等节约方案和系统更新；

·        Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations

确保合规性；

·        Ensure of technical service standard

确保工程类服务的标准性；

 

Required Skills and Experience:

·         A university degree or professional qualification in electromechanical or HVAC systems

机电或暖通空调相关专业

·        5+ years practical experience in facility

5年以上设施管理类工程管理经验

·        Familiar with equipment principles, circuit diagrams, air conditioning drawings, and mechanical drawings

熟悉设备原理，电路图，空调图纸与机械图纸

·        Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese

良好的中英文读写能力

·        Proficient in operating office software

熟练掌握office办公软件

·        Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通协调能力及人际交往能力

·        Good troubleshooting knowledge
