[조직소개]
(주)대웅의 바이오R&D본부에서 혁신적인 의약품 개발을 위한 mRNA 기반 연구를 수행할 열정적이고 유능한 연구원을 모집합니다. 본 직무는 최첨단 유전자 연구 기술을 활용하여 신약 개발 과정에 기여하는 중요한 역할을 담당합니다.
[담당 업무]
1. mRNA 기반 Partial Reprogramming 연구
- mRNA를 활용한 세포 역분화 유도 메커니즘 규명 및 최적화 연구 수행
- 다양한 질환 모델을 활용한 역분화 타겟 효능 평가
2. LNP(지질나노입자) 전달체 개발 및 최적화
- mRNA의 체내 안정성을 확보하고, 생체 내 특정 조직 타겟팅 및 세포 내 전달 효율을 극대화할 수 있는 독자적인 LNP 전달체 설계
- LNP의 물리화학적 특성 분석 및 품질 관리 기준 수립
3. CMC/GMP 기술이전
- Process development / 시험법 개발 / method validation
4. 비임상 연구
- in vivo 작용기전 연구
- 비임상 (효력/분포/종양원성/면역원성/독성) 시험
5. IND 기반 서류 작성
- 첨단바이오의약품 규정 검토 및 규제기관 대응
- IND 신청서류 작성 및 제출
[자격 요건]
1. 석사 이상 학위 (생명과학, 생물학, 유전공학 또는 관련 분야)
2. 석사 후 관련 분야 연구 경험 3년 이상 혹은 박사학위 소지자
3. mRNA 설계/합성 또는 LNP 제형 개발 및 평가에 대한 직접적인 연구 수행 경험을 보유하신 분
4. 세포 리프로그래밍, 유전자 발현 분석 등 분자/세포 생물학적 기법에 능숙하신 분
5. 팀워크 및 의사소통 능력이 우수하신 분
6. 영어로 된 과학 문헌을 읽고 이해할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분
7. 연구 윤리에 대한 이해와 준수 의지가 있으신 분
