The Architectural Designer II is responsible for the design and production of architectural construction documents while managing project teams and permitting processes. They also provide construction administration services and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in architecture and possess 5-8 years of experience in an architectural firm. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, along with a deep understanding of building codes and construction practices, is required.

An Architectural Designer II is responsible for design and production of architectural construction documents under the supervision of a Project Architect/ Technical Manager/ Sr. Project Coordinator including design, set up and coordination of the documents, based on standard architectural practices and applicable codes.
An Architectural Designer II shall have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in an architectural firm/field. This position requires advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT. An advanced understanding of architecture, building construction, and building codes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
