The Shipboard Supervisor oversees technical, schedule, and workforce aspects of ship repair projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They are responsible for identifying out-of-scope work, writing condition found reports, and interfacing with prime contractor customers.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in shipboard electrical installation and repair management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain shipyard access.
