The Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing multi-discipline engineering tasks while serving as the primary liaison between the Program Manager, government customers, and shipyards. Key duties include maintaining integrated schedules, managing subcontractors, and overseeing the kitting and movement of project materials.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or engineering (or equivalent experience) and at least 7 years of project management experience. Proficiency in Navy operations, NAVSEA instructions, and Microsoft Project is required, along with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
