The Plant Manager oversees all facility business operations, including production management, workforce leadership, and financial performance. They ensure vehicles are upfitted to client specifications on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Requires 5+ years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in automotive or vehicle upfitting. A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or automotive technology is preferred.
Position Summary:
