The Assistant Project Manager assists with the organization, scheduling, and implementation of construction projects while managing project logs and trade partner relationships. They are responsible for overseeing the submittal process, managing change orders, and preparing monthly payment applications.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of industry experience and proficiency in construction management software are required.
