Responsible for building fluids systems sub-assemblies for the Archimedes engine. This includes setting up and operating CNC tube cutting equipment and performing tube bending and assembly based on technical drawings.
Requires a high school diploma and 2 to 5+ years of tube shop experience in aviation or aerospace. Candidates must be proficient with BLM tube benders and experienced in working with materials like Inconel and titanium to close tolerances.

Neutron is a medium lift launch vehicle capable of delivering the mega constellations of tomorrow, high assurance payloads, and human spaceflight. As a highly reusable launch platform, Neutron will deliver a highly cost-effective and reliable launch solution leveraging Rocket Lab’s proven execution history with the Electron program. Based out of Rocket Lab's Headquarters in Long Beach, CA the Fluids Technician is responsible for building the fluids systems sub-assemblies for Archimedes engine.
Level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
