The Director of Project Management & Controls will establish a company-wide project management framework and provide leadership to project managers across capital builds and marine construction. This role is responsible for ensuring project health through rigorous planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management while fostering continuous improvement.
Candidates should have at least ten years of progressive project management experience in complex operating environments like marine construction or heavy civil engineering. A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Project and PMP certification.

THIS ROLE:
The Director of Project Management & Controls leads the development of a consistent project management structure across Curtin Maritime. This role provides direct and functional leadership to Project Managers supporting Capital Builds, Marine Construction, and Shipyard Projects.
This leader will set expectations for planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, reporting, and project closeout; coach Project Managers; and provide leadership with clear visibility across the project portfolio.
