We are currently looking for: Lead Salesforce Developer.
Requirements:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in an international challenging opportunity. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of best practices within the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain.
Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications.
Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards.
Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope.
Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes.
Defining and reviewing test cases.
Must-Have Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
Nice to Have:
Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Location: Lisbon, hybrid.
Range Salarial
Remuneração bruta anual: 55k - 60k - Brutos anuais / 2.800€ – 3.050€ líquido/mês.
