The People and Culture Advisor will support the national people function by managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. They will also participate in cyclical HR initiatives and various projects related to remuneration, engagement, and leadership development.
Candidates must have relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR or talent acquisition role. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders are essential.

A role has become available for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team. This role will work closely with the People & Culture Director to support the people function nationally.
This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of HR areas such as:
Recruitment
Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes
HR Operations and process improvement
Supporting cyclical HR initiatives such as probation reviews, goal setting, performance evaluations
Participation in P&C projects and change initiatives such as, Remuneration and Benefits, D&I, Engagement, Leadership Development
We are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to think outside the square to achieve business outcomes. You will receive a high level of support and mentoring and are not expected to have all the answers – your most important trait will be your willingness to learn.
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Open to candidates from a Talent Acquisition background or HR Coordinators looking for a step up)
Recruitment experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially
Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
