The Boiler Assembler is responsible for assembling residential heating products using hand and power tools according to blueprints and specifications. They must also maintain inventory levels, perform quality checks, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and possess mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a loud, industrial environment.

We are seeking a 1st shift Boiler Assembler to join our team! This is a full-time, union-hourly position located in Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday-Friday, 5 AM – 3:30 PM; two Saturdays per month, 5 AM – 11 AM. Training pay is $21.87 per hour. After training, employees will earn incentive pay rate based on performance.
This position will work on a team to assemble residential boilers. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have experience working with hand and power tools.
