As a Mechanical Engineer for IQSIGHT LLC, you will design and develop complex electromechanical systems for next generation moving camera products. You will serve as a technical resource on development projects, making critical architecture, design and risk decisions.
Success in this role requires a system thinking approach and rigorous attention to detail. You are calm under pressure and possess the ability to bring reasoned approach to resolve topics. You enjoy the challenge of design, finding unique ways to accomplish the end goal. You can quickly distill the core of an issue and create actionable paths forward.
This role is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week. Candidates must live in a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA site. Travel Expectation, 10% (Domestic and International). Position may require early morning or late-night meetings with development teams in Asia & Europe.
Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
