Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
We’re looking for a hands-on HVAC Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a wide range of facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading cross-functional teams, and taking projects from concept through to completion. If you’re passionate about energy efficiency, systems performance, and practical solutions, this could be a great fit.
Schedule & Travel:
Typical work week is Monday through Friday, averaging around 45 hours. Occasional travel is required for site visits and project support.
