As part of a field service team, you’ll discover a diverse and dynamic workplace where no two days are alike. In your day to day work you’ll be the backbone that keeps Australia connected, delivering end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation. From installation to repair and maintenance, you’ll see the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer. You’ll collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression at every step.
A bit about you
To thrive in this role, you’ll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You’ll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job, drawing on your dedication, drive, and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity. The ideal candidate will possess an ACMA licence along with a Certificate III or IV qualification. Previous preferred experience would be advantageous; however, it is not a mandatory requirement.
