The Licensed Master Plumber oversees the maintenance, repair, and renovation of plumbing systems while ensuring all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations. This role also involves supervising workers, reviewing vendor projects, and maintaining facility equipment through a CMMS.
Candidates must hold a valid Master’s Plumbing license with an RMP endorsement and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience, including a DOL accredited apprenticeship. Additionally, applicants must have a high school diploma, a valid Class C driver's license, and OSHA 30 certification.

Summary: The Licensed Master Plumber holds the license that all other technicians in that trade will work under for the system and is responsible for ensuring that all work is performed according to all applicable laws, federal, state and local. In addition, this role may be called upon to supervise and lead a group of workers on a project, teach advanced maintenance skills to other members of the department, review work of outside vendors and licensed maintenance workers, and report on and repair discrepancies, as assigned.
