The Technical Service Specialist will oversee the operation of pilot and production laminators while leading technical projects to support R&D and sales teams. They will also conduct hands-on testing, process optimization, and provide technical support to customers and field representatives.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical training is preferred, along with strong mechanical aptitude.
