The Professional Surveyor conducts property, boundary, topographic, and utility surveys while ensuring the accuracy of construction layout and staking. They are also responsible for maintaining survey equipment, mentoring team members, and drafting existing conditions in Civil 3D for design teams.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of field survey experience and a current active PS licensure in Ohio. Proficiency with Trimble equipment, GPS, and Autodesk Civil 3D is required, along with the ability to perform physical outdoor work.

The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, motivated self-starter. This candidate is competent in conducting design surveys, boundary surveys, topography surveys, utility location surveys, and data collection. Candidates should be familiar with robotic technology and GPS, as well as radio utility locators. No overnight travel is required for this position.
The Professional Surveyor plays a key role in supporting the design and construction teams by conducting accurate and detailed surveys for various projects. This position is responsible for performing property, boundary, topographic, utility, and record surveys, as well as construction layout and staking. The Professional Surveyor ensures the accuracy and completeness of survey data, including measurements and calculations, while also maintaining compliance with professional standards and risk management practices.
