The Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing rubber manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a technical school certification or associate degree preferred. A minimum of 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a rubber or similar manufacturing environment is required, along with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Arclin is seeking talent for a Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician at our Coit (Cleveland), OH location. Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for supporting plant operations by maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and infrastructure used in rubber processing and production. This role plays a key part in ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of extruders, mixers, presses, and other rubber manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward preventive maintenance and safety.
Fast-paced rubber manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial chemicals. Requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
