Assist project teams with constructability reviews, multi-trade coordination, and clash resolution to ensure layouts are accurate, coordinated, and installable before construction begins.
Review architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings to identify potential layout discrepancies, spatial conflicts, and design coordination issues.
Coordinate penetrations, sleeves, hangers, equipment locations, underground systems, overhead systems, and other installation points across multiple trades.
Work closely with MEP team members, BIM/VDC personnel, project managers, and site supervisors to address layout discrepancies, design conflicts, and field conditions.
Produce and maintain organized field documentation, annotated sketches, point tables, layout files, as-built documentation, and CAD/BIM drawings for project records and stakeholder communication.

Ensure proper data logging, file naming, version control, backups, and validation of layout and as-built information.
Ensure all layout, modeling, coordination, and design-support activities comply with applicable codes, project specifications, approved construction documents, company standards, and quality requirements.
