The Power Platform Engineer develops low-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform and adjacent tooling. In addition to development, the Power Platform Engineer owns and executes testing and validation for defined functional areas. This role is essential in balancing operational efficiency of custom app and automation development with deliverable quality.
Position Summary
The Power Platform Engineer builds low‑code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools. Beyond development, the engineer leads testing and validation for assigned functional areas. This role ensures a balance between efficient custom app and automation delivery and maintaining high-quality, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain scalable, high-quality apps and automations
Test apps and flows to ensure stability
Collaborate with the Development team and stakeholders
Adhere to industry best practices and standards
Identifying cross-app or cross flow impacts from changes
Balance user requirements with platform limitations
Ensures compliance with security, data governance, and organizational policies
Anticipate and address potential automation or system conflicts
Required Qualifications
1+ years of full-time work experience developing systems in Power Apps and Power Automate
Must have ability to obtain and maintain U.S. SECRET clearance
Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship
