Taste & Wellbeing Demand Planner - Your future position?

In this role, you will report to the Head of Demand Planning SAMEA while being based in our 6th October City site.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Capture, analyse and update forecast in the system (DP toolkit) in order to achieve and improve KPI's (Forecast Accuracy)
• Identify and implement opportunities for forecast improvement
• Communicate with Operations and Commercial departments (with internal and external customers)
• Contribute to implement Demand Planning Strategy aligned with Sales and Ops Roadmap
• Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices
• Collaborate in preparing and guarantee a good demand plan in order to have an efficient supply chain cycle (SOP/MRP process)
• Get the correct parameterization of the system (DP toolkit) to provide accurate information for an optimal planning
• Monitor Business Evolution (Losses, Wins)
• Manage early warning process, including material/capacity availability (collaborative with Supply Planning)
• Construct statistical analysis/statistical modelling to improve forecast accuracy
• Primary interface between the supply chain and the commercial organization along with customer care
• Conduct routine demand review meetings with both the commercial organization and customers

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or other related field
• 4+ years of experience in planning
• Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI/BO, etc.)
• ERP/MRP Expertise
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• APICS Certification
• Experience with working in a multicultural environment
• Expertise in Forecasting (Statistical Models)
