The Program Manager is responsible for the successful introduction of new and existing products through project coordination and people management. Key duties include managing project budgets, directing cross-functional teams, and validating product tooling and automation designs.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of project management experience. Strong knowledge of injection molding, automation in manufacturing, and lean practices is highly preferred.
