The Senior Preconstruction Planner serves as a technical and strategic planning specialist for high-profile and complex projects across the region. This position plays a vital role in shaping projects from the earliest phases—through RFQs, RFPs, interviews, and preconstruction—ensuring every plan is achievable, risk-informed, and aligned with client success. The role brings deep technical field knowledge, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to communicate across project stakeholders. The Senior Planner partners with estimating, marketing, operations, and senior leadership to craft detailed, integrated work plans that balance efficiency, risk mitigation, constructability—and above all, safety. This role supports 200 proposals annually.

Boston Base Salary Range: $166,000 – $25,000. The range stated is specific to New England Placement. The range listed depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
