The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including financial forecasting and scheduling. They manage subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications are required.
