ABOUT THE ROLE
Launching a rocket and operating satellites requires a symphony of multiple teams, sites, and complex systems working together in perfect harmony. The Integrated Operations team are the personnel at the helm in Mission Control, making strategic and important real-time decisions that enable the mission and ensure all parts are functioning as required to fulfil mission objectives.
An operations engineering intern on the Integrated Operations team will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, deployment, and support of new launch operations software tools. These tools shall improve how operators interact with their systems, view real-time data, and aid them in successfully fulfilling mission objectives.
This is an opportunity to work on real space technology projects and contribute to missions that are literally reaching for the stars.
