We’re looking for a Leading Hand / Foreman to join our Construction Team in Petone. You’ll lead and support a busy crew delivering high‑quality work, helping us keep critical water infrastructure running smoothly for the local community.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be the key link between management and the crews out on site. You’ll work in an outdoor, practical environment, planning work, supervising staff and jumping on the tools when needed. Your focus will be on delivering safe, efficient and high‑quality maintenance outcomes that keep our water networks operating reliably.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, solving problems on the job and taking ownership to make things happen.
