Provide support and advice to two Chief Officers
Based at our Petone Office, Wellington
This is a full time, permanent position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration range for this role is $74,325 to $104,929 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to the Chief Customer Officer and the Chief Finance Officer. This is a busy role supporting two senior leaders so your professional skills and advice will enable them to perform their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Customer Officer and the Chief Finance Officer including diary management and correspondence.
Proactively plan and schedule meetings, agendas, travel arrangements and events.
Develop and maintain effective office procedures, document management systems and reporting.
Assis in the planning and execution of group projects.
Build collaborative working relationships across the Executive Assistant network, external stakeholders and the wider organisation.
About you
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will thrive in a busy environment, work effortlessly under pressure and manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally. Your administrative, planning and organisational skills will be of the highest calibre in line with the responsibilities of the role.

An exceptional standard of planning and organising, coupled with administrative excellence and technical expertise.
Professional relationship management with the ability to build rapport quicky, encompass a collaborative working style with influence and adaptability.
Proven ability to display discretion, confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
