Requires 3-5 years of production or plant management experience in a manufacturing or union environment and a bachelor's degree. Preferred candidates have experience in JIT automotive seating plants and knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies.

As a member of the operations team, the Production Superintendent will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure that our production, quality, and efficiency goals are met. Drive high performance work teams by ensuring our team leaders as well as our teams are well trained and coached.
