The Facilities Operations Coordinator manages day-to-day facility requests, maintenance programs, and vendor services to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. This role also supports office improvement projects and maintains accurate documentation for building assets and compliance.

Yearout Mechanical is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, functionality, and continuous improvement of company facilities.
This role is responsible for managing facility-related requests from intake through completion, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, overseeing vendor services, performing minor building repairs, and supporting office improvement projects. The Facilities Operations Coordinator works closely with employees, vendors, Safety, Business Operations, and leadership to maintain safe, professional, and efficient workplace environments across multiple locations.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support facility operations and organizational objectives.
This is a union position. You must be a member or become a member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, and Transportation Workers Union. This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of federal wage-hour law, which means that you will be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked more than 40 in a given workweek.
