The Senior Plant Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and directing maintenance operations to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of recycling equipment. This role involves managing department financials, overseeing staff, and coordinating with vendors to minimize equipment downtime.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 11 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 7 years of specific experience in engineering or maintenance of equipment and facilities is required.

This position is responsible for planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance Department required to sustain the safe and efficient operation of multiple recycling equipment and facilities while ensuring exceptional engineering practices.
The facility is one of the most technologically advanced recycling operations in North America, featuring 90% automated processes, cutting-edge optical sorting technology, and fully integrated systems that enable plant-wide management through tablet-based controls within a modern, state-of-the-art environment.

Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
