Candidates need over 5 years of experience in fuel pricing, commercial analytics, or revenue management within large international organizations. A degree in business, engineering, mathematics, or statistics and proficiency in BI tools and SQL/Python are required.

As a B2B Pricing Analyst, you will support the “Core + More” growth strategy in B2B Fuel Pricing through advanced analytics, improved tools, and strong pricing execution. You will work closely with mainly Europe‑based Business Units, reviewing pricing models and discount deviations to identify opportunities and improve commercial results.
Global Fuels is strengthening B2B Fuel Pricing through advanced analytics, improved tools, and more effective execution. To support this, the team is seeking a B2B Fuel Pricing Analyst who will implement and embed pricing tools across Business Units (BUs), while reviewing and challenging pricing models and discount deviations to drive better commercial results.
The role focuses on enabling BUs through data management, analytics, change management, training, and continuous tool improvements. You will work mainly with Europe‑based BUs, with some exposure to North America.
The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of B2B fuel pricing with a collaborative mindset, helping BU teams build capability and confidence in new tools. The main goal is to improve commercial performance by developing pricing expertise and supporting BUs through change to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Provide actionable B2B pricing insights to BU Fuel and Global Fuel teams to support commercial decisions and margin performance.
• Support European B2B pricing strategy through analysis of performance, competition, and key drivers.
• Ensure data integrity across pricing models, discount frameworks, and tools.
• Review and challenge BU pricing models and discount deviations, recommending improvements.
• Analyze market trends and segment dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with BUs and cross‑functional teams to strengthen pricing capabilities, tools, and execution.
• Deliver clear reporting and dashboards to improve transparency, decision‑making, and sustained margin growth
• >5 years within Fuel, B2B Pricing, commercial analytics, or revenue management
• Strong understanding of B2B pricing drivers, discount structures, and margin optimization
• Experience in working in large and preferably international organizations
• Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and SQL/Python
• Experience in Visualization and Infographics, etc.
• Knowledge of change management, training delivery, and system or tool scaling is a strong plus
• Fluency in English, both written and oral. Additional European languages are a plus
• Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, mathematics, or statistics
