En tant que consultant(e) mc2i, vous serez un véritable lien entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques pour garantir le bon déroulement des projets de transformation numérique.
Ainsi, vous interviendrez auprès de clients grands comptes sur des thématiques variées :
Comprendre les besoins des clients et rédiger un cahier des charges en tenant compte de leurs attentes et de leurs problématiques.
Réaliser un benchmark, proposer et mettre en place des solutions sur mesure qui répondent aux besoins.
Déploiement et coordination :
Suivre l’évolution du projet en s’assurant qu’il respecte les délais, les budgets et les objectifs fixés via des comités de pilotage.
Accompagner les équipes techniques pendant la phase de conception tout en s’assurant que les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques soient conformes à la solution proposée et aux exigences du client.
Tests et recette : tester les nouvelles solutions ou outils mis en place et veiller à leur qualité.
Conduite du changement : accompagner les utilisateurs par des formations adaptées, une communication ciblée et une assistance sur mesure.
Vous avez une formation Bac +5 (école d’ingénieur, de commerce, ou université) et vous recherchez une opportunité dans le conseil en transformation numérique.
Vous disposez d’une expérience significative en conseil auprès d’un client de la filière nucléaire.
Vous disposez d’une connaissance de l’ingénierie nucléaire et des métiers d’exploitation.
Passionné(e) et curieux(se), vous avez développé des compétences fonctionnelles et/ou techniques dans le domaine du numérique. Vous êtes à l’affût des dernières innovations technologiques et des tendances du marché.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et vous avez le sens du travail en équipe.
Votre maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.
