Develop and test high voltage battery pack parts, focusing on mechanical durability, thermal, and electrical performance. Perform root cause analysis for mechanical failures and ensure compliance with international safety and regulatory standards.
Requires 2-5 years of industry experience, preferably from an Auto OEM or Tier 1 supplier. Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess strong analytical skills.
' - Strong Knowedge of high voltage battery pack parts it's functions and battery pack assembly procedures.
- Strong knowedge of Battery DVP requirements for performance and durability testing
- Knowedge of Basic tools, instruements required during battery development.
- Knowedge about testing protocols for battery mechanical durability, thermal and electrical performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop countermeasures for mechanical failures using tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), 8D, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Knowedge of safety compliance and regulatory standards for high voltage battery systems, including AIS 038, ECE R100, UN38.3, ISO, IEC and other relevant guidelines and standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to support development.
