The Building Controls Technician is responsible for installing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting building management and electrical power monitoring systems in data centers. They manage projects from startup through completion while coordinating with subcontractors and customers to ensure system reliability.
Candidates must have experience with BMS in mission-critical environments, with a strong preference for Tridium Niagara proficiency. A solid understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, open protocols like BACnet/Modbus, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and network topologies is required.

As a Building Controls Technician II/III, you are responsible for installing, programming, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) within mission-critical data center environments. This role owns projects and service activities from startup through commissioning and ongoing support, working closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to deliver reliable system performance.
