Concordance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the conditions and circumstances that lead to reincarceration. Our “healing first” approach provides holistic re-entry services to justice-involved individuals before and after their release from prison, ensuring they have the individualized support they need to reintegrate into their communities and build a stable future. We currently serve participants in Missouri, South Carolina, and Virginia, with plans to expand our impact in the years ahead.
