The Room Supervisor leads the Afterschool Clubhouse by creating a safe environment and providing guidance to counselors. They oversee daily operations, implement routines, and serve as the primary liaison between the team and program leadership.
Candidates should ideally be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in education or a related field. Experience teaching specialty activities in school or camp environments and strong organizational skills are desired.

The Room Supervisor provides guidance and support to counselors, oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with program policies, and serves as the primary liaison between the Clubhouse team and program leadership.
Per Diem Compensation Range
$26-$30/hour
The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
